Usually the experience is lovely. Today not so much. The food is awesome! LG portions and attentive waitresses. My waitress today seemed to forget I was there. I waited over 15 minutes to be given dipping sauce for my chicken which by then was cold. My soda was needing to be refilled but that never happened. The waiter/waitress can make or break the experience.

Your food and service are always top shelf. Your ribs are my favorite. I'd highly recommend your restaurant to anyone. See you again soon

Having previously lived near the old Chelsea location, my family and I have had great experiences at this wonderful spot. We were delighted to discover that the quality remains outstanding, if not improved, at their new location. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is warm and friendly. Plus, the prices are quite reasonable. Floramos truly is unbeatable. Whenever we have guests visiting from Florida, this is our go-to spot, and it's always a hit!

Yes, going to meet Julie falls off the bone here when you get ribs. This place was in Chelsea. Then they split and they now have one in Malden and one in Wakefield. It was very... Local? The food was as expected for any Floramo's. Really good. I actually really liked the creamy Italian dressing on my salad. I don't get it anywhere else. I don't know what they use or even if they make their own, but it's really really good. The service was really fast. Ginormous portions as usual. Have you got tips and ribs. And I got ribs. We didn't get alcoholic drinks at all. But the size of the water glass with ginormous as well. What I didn't like? Kino. At every table. In the restaurant. Not just the bar side. So distracting. I wish there was more parking, but you can't change parking for a building. That was there previously as a Different Restaurant. Will I be back? Absolutely.

Solid 4 stars for this spot. Got shrimp scampi, ribs/steak tips combo, and turkey and steak tips combo. Ribs were definitely the highlight. Everything else - sides included, we're good as well. Waitress was on point. Hostess wasn't very friendly. Didn't make eye contact, and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Would still return however.
